Just call us overachievers. We are proud to report that our rating with the Better Business Bureau has been upgraded from A to A+!
What goes into that rating? Well, according the BBB’s website, it’s based on a multi-variable system that ranks, among other things, how long we’ve been in business, the type of business we’re in, and most importantly, our track record when it comes to dealing with customer issues.
The A+ rating is the highest bestowed by the BBB, and not easy to get. It’s your reassurance that we respond promptly and satisfactorily to customer concerns. We will do what it takes to make it right.
We appreciate the trust our customers place in us every time they place an order. Because so many of the promotional products we sell bear the names of our customers, their reputations are on the line, not just ours. We take seriously our responsibility to honor our customers’ names by providing the highest quality products we can.

Moving on up! - New HQ almost ready for move - august 15th, 2011

Moving day for TJM headquarters is getting closer!
Construction on our new building is almost done. The finishing touches are being put into place, and we’re gearing up to move in by early fall. It will be so great to finally own our own space!
Don’t worry, we’re not going far. We’re just moving down the road a few miles to our new location right here in North Central Florida’s horse country. And our phone number and email address won’t change. Even during the move, we’ll be able to provide all our customers with the world-class customer service you’ve come to expect from TJM.
You, our customers, are the reason for our success. We’ve been in this business for nearly a decade, and in the past three years, we’ve expanded our operations to new facilities three times. Now it’s time to move into a space we own, one that gives us room to grow.
The extra room gives us more space for our hardworking staff and warehouse space for the promotional products we keep in stock. It will allow us to keep more products in stock, and to branch out in new ways to serve you better. Watch this space – you might even see some moving sale specials….
