"This is to let you know what a positive experience I had working with Brittney on my wristband order. The order was a little complicated as there were several possible images to include, text in 2 languages, and decisions that needed her assistance regarding color combinations. Brittney was helpful, friendly and responded quickly to my requests through a series of e-mails and phone calls. She not only sent several proofs as we went along, but was kind enough to send multiple color combination images as well. Because we could see what we were considering, the decision making on our end went quickly, and the layout Brittney produced is excellent.
